These Master Terms & Conditions (Terms) apply to the purchase and delivery of the Australia Job Ready Package (Package) supplied and coordinated by Brisbane Olympic Jobs Pty Ltd, trading as Brisbane Olympic Jobs (BOJ, we, us or our).
These Terms are read together with the approved Package service descriptions, your order and payment confirmation, booking confirmations, and any applicable third-party provider agreements. The approved service descriptions form part of your agreement with BOJ.
By accepting these Terms during checkout and making payment, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Package inclusions and these Terms before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law.
The Package price is €5,950 per person unless BOJ expressly confirms another price in writing before purchase.
Unless otherwise advised, payment is made by bank transfer using BOJ’s payment instructions and unique payment reference. Placing an order does not confirm payment or activate the Package.
Payment is received when BOJ confirms cleared funds have reached the nominated account. BOJ will then commence onboarding and service coordination.
You are responsible for bank, transfer and foreign-exchange charges imposed by your financial institution or payment provider. BOJ must receive the full Package amount unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Package price covers only the services expressly identified as included. Optional upgrades, excluded costs and additional services remain your responsibility and must be disclosed before you agree to incur them.
The Package consists of the 15 services and benefits in the approved Australia Job Ready Package service descriptions made available before purchase.
The Package includes services delivered by BOJ, services coordinated by BOJ, independent third-party services, introductions, administrative assistance and support.
Purchasing the Package does not guarantee an interview, employment offer, particular employer or role, salary or rate, sponsorship, or any other employment outcome. Final recruitment decisions remain with employers and recruiters.
You must provide complete, current and accurate information and documents reasonably required by BOJ or an applicable provider, including identity, contact, travel, employment, qualification, visa, driving and accommodation information.
You must reasonably cooperate with BOJ and providers, attend agreed appointments, respond to reasonable requests and promptly advise BOJ of material changes.
Some services are subject to provider eligibility, identification, licence, documentation, payment-card, security or other requirements. You are responsible for satisfying those requirements.
BOJ is not responsible for delay, additional cost or inability to provide a service to the extent caused by materially inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by you, subject to applicable law.
Where applicable under the approved Package scope, the Package includes the Australian Government application charge for a First Working Holiday visa (subclass 417) and the agreed migration professional fee to prepare and lodge the application.
BOJ is not a registered migration agent and does not provide personalised immigration assistance or migration advice. Professional migration services are provided by the appropriately qualified migration professional identified to you.
You may be required to enter into that provider’s separate service agreement. You are responsible for complete and accurate information and requested documents.
Unless expressly included, medical examinations, police or criminal-history certificates, translations and services outside the agreed visa scope remain your responsibility.
Visa approval is not guaranteed. Visa decisions are made by the Australian Government and an initial assessment is not visa approval.
If the visa is refused and you will not travel to Australia, BOJ will assess the unused Package portion. Services already supplied, work reasonably performed, Government charges, professional fees already earned or incurred and genuinely non-refundable or non-recoverable third-party costs may be deducted. Any remaining refundable amount will be returned, subject to applicable law.
If you cancel for change-of-mind or personal reasons unrelated to BOJ’s failure to provide agreed services, BOJ will assess services already supplied, work reasonably performed, third-party commitments and genuinely non-refundable or unavoidable costs specifically incurred for your Package.
BOJ will not automatically retain the entire Package price merely because you cancel. Recoverable third-party costs will not be treated as non-refundable merely because a booking was contemplated or made.
Where a partial refund is calculated, BOJ may provide a reasonable breakdown of relevant deductions. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or remedies.
Unless BOJ agrees otherwise in writing, your agreed arrival or commencement date for the relocation components must fall within three months of BOJ confirming receipt of Package payment. This reflects changing accommodation, vehicle-hire and other supplier pricing and availability.
You must provide your intended Brisbane arrival date as soon as reasonably practicable and, wherever possible, at least 30 days before arrival.
An intended arrival date does not guarantee a particular property, vehicle, appointment time, course date or provider. BOJ will arrange services in accordance with the promised inclusions and minimum standards, subject to availability.
If your arrival date changes, notify BOJ as soon as reasonably possible. BOJ will use reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before binding or non-refundable bookings are made.
After a service is booked or committed, you may be responsible for reasonable additional third-party amendment or rebooking costs that are genuinely incurred and cannot reasonably be recovered or avoided.
If you seek to commence outside the original three-month period, BOJ may agree to an extension in writing after reviewing current supplier availability and pricing. Any material price change will be explained before you agree to proceed.
Certain Package components are delivered by independent providers, including vehicle-hire, accommodation, training, migration, tax, telecommunications and other providers. Their applicable terms govern provider-specific matters.
Provider terms do not remove BOJ’s responsibility for Package inclusions BOJ expressly promised or limit non-excludable statutory rights.
If an intended provider becomes unavailable, BOJ may arrange a reasonable alternative. Any substitute must, so far as reasonably practicable, meet the material inclusions and minimum standards promised. If a materially equivalent solution cannot reasonably be provided, BOJ will discuss available options and any applicable remedy.
Vehicle hire remains subject to the rental provider’s driver eligibility, licence, identification, payment-card, security-bond and other disclosed requirements.
If you cannot access the included vehicle because you do not satisfy a disclosed provider requirement, BOJ will consider whether a reasonable alternative is available. Subject to applicable law, BOJ is not required to bear additional costs created solely by your inability to satisfy such a requirement.
Security bonds, optional insurance or liability-reduction products, upgrades, additional drivers, fuel, tolls, fines, damage liability or excess and other excluded rental charges remain your responsibility.
You are responsible for reviewing confirmed booking information and attending or using services at the confirmed date, time and location.
If you miss a service for circumstances within your reasonable control, BOJ will use reasonable efforts to assist with rearrangement. Where the original service cannot reasonably be refunded or recovered, additional third-party rebooking costs may be payable by you.
If a booking is missed because of circumstances outside your reasonable control, BOJ will work with you and the provider to determine whether it can reasonably be changed, credited or rearranged.
The Package includes the agreed initial White Card training course and assessment through a Registered Training Organisation.
Issue of a White Card is subject to successful completion of training and assessment and is not guaranteed by BOJ.
If you fail to attend, do not complete the course, fail an assessment and require a new course or additional paid attempt, or require further training beyond the included initial service, additional provider fees may apply and will be explained before further paid services are arranged.
Package services are delivered at different stages before departure, around arrival, during settlement and, for the first Australian individual income tax return, later when relevant.
Employment-related services, including relevant early-access opportunities, potential employer or recruiter introductions and targeted job alerts, are available from onboarding until three months after your actual arrival in Australia, subject to available vacancies, employer requirements, eligibility and reasonable cooperation.
No minimum number of vacancies, introductions, applications, interviews or employment offers is guaranteed.
The Package includes BOJ’s ongoing settling-in support for the first three months following your actual arrival in Australia.
The stated correspondence-address and mail-support services are also provided for up to three months after arrival where accepted by the relevant organisation or provider.
The correspondence address is not represented as your residential address. At the end of the three-month period, included settling-in and correspondence-address services end unless BOJ agrees otherwise in writing.
The included first Australian individual income tax return is a separate Package benefit and is not forfeited merely because the three-month post-arrival support period has ended.
The Package includes the approved initial consultation and preparation and lodgement of your first Australian individual income tax return through the applicable registered tax agent.
You must enter into the provider’s applicable engagement agreement and provide required information and documents.
The inclusion covers your personal Australian tax affairs and first individual return only. Company formation, business or sole-trader accounting, business registrations, subsequent returns and other out-of-scope services are excluded unless separately agreed.
A tax refund is not guaranteed and any tax payable remains your responsibility.
The Package is a coordinated relocation and job-readiness service rather than a collection of independent vouchers or cash credits.
If you voluntarily decide not to use an included service after it has been reasonably made available, the unused service does not automatically create an entitlement to a cash payment equal to BOJ’s cost of that individual service.
This does not affect cancellation or refund rights under these Terms, remedies where BOJ fails to provide an agreed service, or statutory rights.
BOJ may collect, use and disclose personal information reasonably necessary to coordinate and deliver the Package in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and BOJ’s Privacy Policy.
Relevant information may be shared with employers or recruiters and applicable Package providers where reasonably necessary. BOJ will not put you forward to a particular employer or recruiter without your consent.
Migration information may be provided to the migration professional with your consent. You should not provide BOJ with passwords, PINs, banking security codes or other account credentials except through an appropriate secure process.
You must use the Package lawfully and reasonably and must not knowingly provide false or fraudulent information, false qualifications or identity documents, misuse another person’s information, facilitate unlawful activity, engage in threatening or abusive conduct, or intentionally misuse an included service.
Serious misconduct, fraud or unlawful activity that materially affects BOJ’s ability to continue providing the Package may result in reasonable and proportionate suspension of an affected service. This does not permit BOJ to retain money contrary to these Terms or applicable law.
BOJ is responsible for providing, arranging or coordinating Package services it has expressly promised, subject to these Terms.
Independent providers remain responsible for their professional judgments and specialist services. BOJ does not control decisions made independently by government authorities, employers, banks or other independent organisations.
If an included service is unavailable, materially different from what was promised or cannot be delivered as agreed, BOJ may correct or re-perform it, arrange an appropriate replacement, work with the provider, provide an applicable refund or price adjustment, or provide another remedy required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
International relocation may be affected by events outside reasonable control, including significant airline disruption, natural disasters, severe weather, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, industrial action, major transport disruption, civil emergencies or unexpected provider closure.
If such an event materially affects an included service, BOJ will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and, where appropriate, rearrange, reschedule or provide a reasonable alternative.
BOJ will not treat such an event as automatically cancelling all Package obligations and will take reasonable steps to seek available provider refunds, credits or rebooking options where appropriate.
The Package you purchase is governed by the service descriptions and Terms presented or otherwise agreed in connection with your purchase.
BOJ may update its offering, pricing or Terms for future customers. A later update does not by itself retrospectively reduce a material benefit already promised to you.
If a change affecting your existing Package becomes reasonably necessary because of law, government requirements, provider availability or circumstances outside BOJ’s reasonable control, BOJ will communicate the material change and consider an appropriate alternative or remedy where required.
If you have a concern about BOJ or an included service, contact BOJ as soon as reasonably practicable with enough information for the issue to be understood.
BOJ will review the matter and may liaise with the applicable provider. Depending on the circumstances and applicable rights, a resolution may include correction or re-performance, rearrangement, reasonable substitution, provider liaison, refund or price adjustment, or another remedy required by law.
Nothing requires you to give up or delay a statutory right where applicable law gives an immediate entitlement to a remedy.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. BOJ may communicate regarding the Package by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or another agreed method.
These Terms and your agreement with BOJ are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia.
Subject to mandatory rights under applicable law, the parties submit to courts and tribunals competent to hear disputes arising in Queensland, Australia.
Your agreement concerning the Package consists of these Terms, the approved Package service descriptions, your order and payment confirmation, any specific written variation agreed with BOJ and, where applicable, separate provider agreements governing particular third-party services.
A provider agreement governs matters specific to that provider’s service but does not automatically override BOJ’s obligation to deliver, arrange or coordinate an inclusion expressly promised by BOJ.
If these Terms and the approved Package service descriptions are inconsistent about what BOJ expressly promised to include, the approved service description applicable at purchase prevails for that inclusion unless a lawful written variation is subsequently agreed.
If any provision is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it is to be read down where reasonably possible or severed to the extent permitted by law without affecting the remaining provisions.
By accepting these Terms and proceeding with purchase, you acknowledge that you have been given access to the approved Package service descriptions and an opportunity to review the 15 inclusions, relevant exclusions and these Terms.
You understand that employment, sponsorship, visa approval, a tax refund and other outcomes controlled by third parties are not guaranteed.
You understand that certain components are supplied by independent providers and may require acceptance of their applicable terms, and that additional or optional costs expressly identified as excluded remain your responsibility.
You agree to provide accurate information and reasonably cooperate with BOJ and applicable providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
