Scheduling Coordinator (Full-Time)

About the Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in our operations team by:
• Coordinating daily schedules for field technicians
• Managing urgent jobs, schedule changes and shifting priorities
• Communicating with technicians, customers and internal stakeholders
• Building efficient work schedules and routes
• Monitoring job progress and resolving issues
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
This is not a typical administration role. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, manage competing priorities and help keep our field operations running efficiently.
No two days are the same. Success in this role comes from staying organised, thinking ahead, and finding solutions when plans change.
A tertiary qualification is also highly regarded. We don’t mind what discipline it’s in. To us, it demonstrates commitment, critical thinking, problem-solving ability and the discipline to see something through.
