Key Responsibilities

About the Role
Based at our Northern Ops Head Office in Riverview (Ipswich), we’re looking for a highly organised Domestic Logistics Coordinator to join our Shipping & Docs team in a full-time capacity. Working closely with transport providers, internal stakeholders and operational teams, you’ll coordinate daily freight activities, manage critical logistics processes and help drive seamless product movement across our network. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in keeping our supply chain moving efficiently and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service, every time.

Requirements

About You
• Experience in logistics, transport coordination or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of domestic freight networks
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Confidence using logistics systems, ERP or transport booking platforms
• Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations
• Experience in warehousing or inventory operations
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Background in manufacturing, FMCG, retail or industrial sectors
• Detail focused, organised and reliable
• Customer-centric with a service mindset
• Ability to build strong relationships across carriers and internal teams
• Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
• Analytical and always looking for better ways of doing things
Please note: Due to the nature of this role, this position is required to be based onsite full-time. Remote or hybrid working arrangements are not available at this time.
