We are currently seeking Casual F&B Attendants, Cleaners and Kitchen Hands to join our superstar team at Brisbane City Hall.
Brisbane City Hall has been at the heart of events that have shaped the city’s future and celebrated monumental milestones. The grand interiors echo with countless celebrations, gala occasions, festivals, and commemorations.

Key Responsibilities

About the roles
• Food & Beverage Attendants – deliver friendly, professional service to guests at events and functions, from table service to bar support.
• Cleaners – keep our venue spaces spotless and presentation-ready, working across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Kitchen Hands – support our kitchen team with food prep, dishwashing, and general kitchen upkeep to keep service running smoothly.

Requirements

What we’re looking for
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and event days
• Valid RSA Certificate (for Food and Beverage roles)
• Valid Food Safety Certificate
