Customer Service Event Staff – Sydney Olympic Park location

About the Role:
Event Force (part of ACESGroup) are a leading provider of customer experience solutions to the venues and events industry. The business continues to grow as a partner of choice to the industry for high quality customer service.
We are seeking casual event staff to join us on our growth journey for work in the Sydney Olympic Park area.
We are looking for customer-focused staff for roles such as ushering, ticket scanning, box office, bar service and merchandise sales roles. Multiple roles are available for commencement at upcoming events. Applicants must be available to commence on Saturday 31 October.
We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.
This is casual employment in line with venue event schedules. Shifts typically occur on nights and weekends and shift lengths are generally between 4 and 6 hours. Event Force works with a range of venues and events, and ongoing casual event work is available for high-performing team members into the summer season and 2027.
You will be:
Multiple roles are available, including:
• Ushering
• Scanning tickets
• Managing queues
• Selling and preparing merchandise
• Providing directions
• Monitoring RSA
• Taking Customer Orders (via a digital Point of Sale system)
• Preparing and Serving Drinks (soft drinks & alcoholic beverages)
• Selling tickets and managing ticketing resolutions
Applicants should highlight relevant or transferable experience in these roles.
What you need:
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (not required but highly desirable)
• Customer service experience
• Event ushering, bar or merchandise experience (not required but highly desirable)
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Exceptional personal presentation
• The ability to follow procedures
• Appropriate work rights in Australia
