Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive traffic management solutions across Queensland and NSW. We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for an Area Manager to lead our operations in the Sunshine Coast region. This role comes as part of an exciting period of growth following the acquisition of key contracts.
Key Qualifications:
• Valid Traffic Controller (TC) and TMI certifications are desired but not essential.
• A current Construction White Card.
• A valid Motor Vehicle Licence with willingness to travel.
Essential Experience:
• Proven track record in safety management, maintaining exceptional standards and a proactive safety culture.
• Strong customer service and sales background, with the ability to enhance client experiences and achieve revenue goals.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and motivating teams for outstanding performance.

The Area Manager role involves:
• Scheduling traffic controllers, which requires strong organisational skills.

Candidates can come from various backgrounds, including on-site traffic control, administration, or management. The role includes operational and administrative support, with a direct reporting line to the CEO.
