Manager, Villages Program (AO8)

Coordinate State requirements for planning, development and delivery of the Brisbane 2032 athlete villages. Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and risks; coordinate advisers, proponents and technical teams; integrate design with transactions, enabling works, utilities, commissioning and handover; and prepare advice for senior leaders and governance forums.

The role calls for commercial judgement, critical analysis, delivery coordination and strong stakeholder relationships. Property development, mixed-use or vertical residential delivery experience is highly regarded. No mandatory qualification is specified.

This flexible full-time temporary appointment runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 June 2028, with possible extension. Advertised base salary is AUD 154,787–163,553 annually, plus applicable benefits.
