As we look ahead to 2027, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Part-Time Rugby Coordinator
The Role:
Help shape the next chapter of Rugby at Glennie. We are committed to building a high-quality Rugby program that gives girls the opportunity to discover the game, develop their skills and pursue excellence through strong sporting pathways. We are seeking an energetic and experienced Rugby Coordinator to lead the growth of Rugby at Glennie by increasing participation, developing talent, strengthening performance pathways and fostering a culture where girls are challenged to be their best.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
• Planning and running training sessions
• Developing and supporting our coaches
• Organising and planning our gala days
• Coaching and encouraging our teams on game day

Requirements

About You:
The successful applicant will have a passion for sport and the ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider school community.
• Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience as a Rugby Coordinator
• Proven ability to work as a constructive member of a team in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain a degree of flexibility in working hours from time to time as required for the position.
• Demonstrated experience in communication, organisation, time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task.
• An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to engage and work with a range of stakeholders, particularly young people and their parents.
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with legal obligations relating to child safety, including mandatory reporting requirements.
• Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card, in accordance with the ‘No Card, No Start ’ law, as per the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000.
