Customer Support Representative – Cycling industry

FE Sports is a leading distributor of world class, highly regarded brands across Australia and New Zealand. With an extensive dealer network and a high performance culture, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team.

About the Role
As a key point of contact for our dealer network, you’ll play an important role in delivering the customer experience that FE Sports is known for.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Answering incoming customer calls and enquiries
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing product, pricing and availability information
• Supporting our external sales team and dealer network across Australia and New Zealand
• Resolving customer enquiries and following issues through to completion
• Developing your knowledge across our cycling, fitness and outdoor product range

This is a full time, onsite position based at our head office in Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane.
About You
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just answer the question in front of them, you look for the opportunity in every customer interaction.
You’ll take ownership, follow up and follow through, and genuinely care about delivering a great customer experience.
You’ll ideally bring:
• Experience in customer service, sales support or a similar role
• A genuine interest in cycling, fitness, sport or the outdoors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
• The ability to learn product information and communicate it clearly
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach

Experience in the cycling industry, bike retail or sporting goods is highly regarded, but we’re equally interested in attitude, potential and a genuine willingness to learn.
