Our client and valued partner, Samsung Electronics Australia, is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient operation of its workplace environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Workplace Solutions Team, working closely with the Facilities Manager to coordinate facilities, assets, compliance, technology and employee services across Samsung’s Australian offices.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Coordinate day-to-day facilities administration for the Sydney Olympic Park office, ensuring a safe, efficient and well-maintained workplace.
• Manage mobile phones, SIM cards, workplace assets, parking allocations and company fleet requirements.
• Coordinate asset audits, testing and tagging, transfers and compliance-related activities.
• Manage AV equipment, office supplies, business cards, subscriptions and employee breakout services.
• Coordinate arrival and departure activities for expatriate employees, including housing and household goods.
• Liaise with employees, vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve facilities matters and deliver a seamless workplace experience.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:
• Previous experience in facilities, workplace or office administration, ideally within a larger organisation.
• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and record-keeping capability.
• Experience managing compliance-related activities and workplace assets.
• Strong interest in technology, with experience managing AV equipment and/or mobile devices highly regarded.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and stakeholder groups.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
