We’re looking for people with:
• Current and relevant Queensland traffic management qualifications/tickets
• Experience working in traffic control and/or traffic management
• Relevant Traffic Controller and/or Traffic Management Implementer competencies for the role
• A good understanding of Queensland traffic management procedures, safety requirements and worksite practices
• A current Australian driver’s licence
• Reliable transport and the ability to get to various worksites, where required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A professional and reliable approach to work
• The ability to work outdoors in Queensland weather conditions
• A strong commitment to workplace and public safety
Team Leaders
For Team Leader positions, we’re looking for candidates with experience leading traffic management crews, coordinating traffic control operations, communicating with supervisors and site personnel, and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
Experience across roadworks, civil construction, council projects, major infrastructure or other traffic management environments will be highly regarded.
