Olympic Meats is a new found Inner west gem which has been hot off the press since it opened last year. We are a fast paced restaurant, doing 2-3 seating’s weekdays and 4-6 on weekends. We are a tight knit team, and we’re looking for legends with heart and soul to join our passion project! We’re looking for a chef who is confident, competent a great communicator and can multitask and cope under a fast paced environment. The ability to work multiple sections is ideal but training will be provided.
