We’re looking for a motivated and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Stapylton Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our manufacturing and transport operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

About the Role
As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of our supply chain operations, working closely with our warehouse teams, transport providers, production teams, customers and internal stakeholders to keep products moving across our national network.
This is a hands-on coordination role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating freight movements, maintaining accurate logistics records and helping deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating customer and Business Partner orders from receipt through to dispatch.
• Scheduling transport collections and deliveries with freight providers.
• Monitoring freight movements and proactively communicating delivery updates.
• Preparing and maintaining dispatch and freight documentation.
• Processing and reconciling freight and pallet-related invoices.
• Managing transport, delivery and customer service enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate data across ERP, Warehouse Management and Freight Management systems.
• Building strong relationships with customers, transport partners and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and logistics processes.
About You
We’re looking for someone highly organised, customer-focused and thrives in a busy operational environment.
You may currently be working as a:
• Logistics Coordinator
• Transport Coordinator
• Dispatch Coordinator
• Warehouse Administrator
• Supply Chain Administrator
• Customer Service Coordinator with logistics exposure
To be successful, you’ll ideally have:
• Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain coordination.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production, warehousing or distribution environments will be highly regarded.
