Job Description

We are looking for licensed guards to work in the following areas, in various industries and roles!!

* STATIC SECURITY OFFICERS
* MOBILE PATROL OFFICERS
* LOSS PREVENTION OFFICERS
* CONTROL ROOM OPERATORS

ABOUT THE ROLES AVAILABLE:
* Location: Various locations across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Toowoomba
* Full Time/Part Time & Casual Opportunities available
* Weekday and weekend shifts available
* 4 – 12 hour shifts available
* Pay level specific to site (up to Level 5)

Master Licence 3612342

Key Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES MIGHT INCLUDE (depending on the role you choose!):
* Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
* Gatehouse duties
* Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
* Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
* Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
* Providing support to tenants and Facilities
* Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
* Responding to emergency situations
* Contractor management duties
* Ad-hoc duties
* Event Security

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH ANY OF THE BELOW:
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
* Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
* Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
* Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
* Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
* Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
* Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
* Crowd Control endorsement and own transport will be highly desirable
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
