What We’re Looking For
• 6–12+ months’ experience in civil construction
• White Card, current Driver’s Licence, and reliable transport (essential)
• Physically fit with experience using hand and power tools safely
• Strong safety focus and solid work ethic
• Experience in drainage, pipe laying, concreting, formwork, or civil structures (highly regarded)
• Plant tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, Loader or Excavator) highly regarded
• Team player who can follow site instructions and work effectively within a crew
