About The Project:
Sydney Metro West is a transformational 24 km underground railway connecting Sydney CBD to Parramatta, with stations at Westmead, Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park, North Strathfield, Burwood North, Five Dock, The Bays, Pyrmont and Hunter Street.

The Linewide package connects the entire system, delivering the critical rail infrastructure and technology that bring the metro network to life.

Project offices are located across several Sydney locations including the CBD, Clyde, Rosehill, The Bays and Burwood North.

About The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Administrator to join our Sydney Metro Linewide Project.

The primary objective of this position is to support the People Team with operational People service delivery, ensuring the People policies, programs and initiatives are delivered consistently across the Project.

This role directly supports the Recruitment and Workforce Development and Industry Participation (WDIP) Team.

• Provide administration support to the HR Recruitment team.
• Maintenance and integrity of Resource Plan, Staff List and Mobilisation Tracker.
• Manage all Recruitment and onboarding process of all staff and workforce engagements.
• Maintain HR data systems, reporting, ensuring data accuracy, producing regular and ad hoc reports.
• Provide support to the WDIP team, including coordination of meetings, stakeholder engagements, and project events.
• Maintain WDIP data, tracking key metrics and preparing reports to support compliance and performance outcomes.
• Support subcontractor and stakeholder engagement (documentation, organising forums, and maintaining accurate contact and participation records.)
