Total remuneration package from $208,400 to $279,171. This is a total remuneration package inclusive of superannuation, optional packaged motor vehicle and all other benefits.

This role requires delivering customer-focused services within a regulatory framework where public safety and integrity are paramount. Can you provide an example of a situation where you had to prioritise regulatory or enforcement outcomes over customer experience or stakeholder expectations? How did you make that judgement, and how did you manage the consequences?
Target Question 2:
Can you provide an example of how you built capability within a regulatory team while leading significant licensing or compliance reform, and how you ensured improvements in both service delivery and enforcement outcomes?
