The Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) is seeking an experienced and contemporary People & Culture leader to lead its internal workforce and culture across a high-performance environment.
As Chief of People & Culture, you will lead the organisation’s people strategy, operations and culture, ensuring its people are supported to perform at their best and contribute to the success of Australian Olympic Teams.
Working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, you will ensure the AOC’s people are supported, engaged and equipped to perform at their best; both day-to-day and during Games environments.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, this role leads the AOC’s People & Culture function and sits on the Leadership Team.
The position is primarily focused on internal workforce leadership, including workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, culture and performance.
The role also contributes to Olympic Team environments through workforce planning, wellbeing and advisory support, working closely with Team leadership during Games cycles.
Location
Sydney-based, with regular domestic travel and occasional international travel if required.
