Key Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Account Manager, Premium Experiences, this role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of match day Premium Experience at sporting fixtures and other events across the network of venues. This role will build deep relationships with long term Premium Experience customers, sports partners, and Venues NSW’s appointed sales agencies as well as assist in the delivery of additional revenue through existing and new clients and partnerships.

This role will primarily focus on the VNSW venues at Accor Stadium, including CommBank Stadium and HelloWorld Stadium and provide support across the entire network as required.

We are seeking candidates who have a creative and innovative mindset when it comes to delivering premium experience services within a fast-paced stadia environment. You will have great administration skills, love working in dynamic and live environments and be available to work across event days.

The ideal applicants for the role will have the following skills & qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
• A natural flair for using logic and expertise to make sales and deliver customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks & problem solve
Applicants must be willing to be flexible and work weekends.

About The Company

Venues NSW is a commerically focused agency of the NSW Government, encompassing the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium as well as major sporting and cultural stadiums and precincts in Sydney, Olympic Park, Parramatta, Newcastle and Wollongong. The network of stadiums and entertainment centres host in excess of 5 million people a year at more than 500 events and is a key contributor to the economy.
