Job Description

The Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) in Australia is seeking a Head Coach for its high performance swimming program. This role involves managing and coaching both able-bodied and para athletes to meet international performance benchmarks, focusing on Olympic and Paralympic Games selection.

The successful candidate will lead assistant coaches, work closely with Swimming Australia, and ensure alignment with the national framework for swimming. Essential qualifications include advanced coaching accreditation and significant experience in elite athlete coaching.

• Current driver’s license required.
• Ability to provide coaching to able-bodied and para-athletes.
