About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Territory Sales Manager to lead business development across Queensland. This role is focused on identifying, developing and securing opportunities in high-growth sectors including:
• Rail infrastructure and safety platforms
• Engineering and construction projects
• Coastal walkways and public infrastructure
• Marinas and waterfront developments
• Industrial and commercial applications
You will play a key role in positioning world-leading composite solutions as the preferred alternative to traditional materials.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a key role in positioning world-leading composite solutions as the preferred alternative to traditional materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Queensland
• Build strong relationships with engineers, contractors, asset owners and government stakeholders
• Drive sales growth across rail, construction, marine, and infrastructure sectors
• Promote and educate clients on the benefits of composite materials
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to project delivery
• Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Maintain market intelligence on upcoming projects and industry trends

Requirements

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Proven experience in technical sales or business development
• Strong background in one or more of the following:
• Rail infrastructure
• Engineering or construction
• Industrial or infrastructure projects
• Highly desirable: experience with composites or alternative materials
• Established network within Queensland infrastructure or construction markets
• Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Self-driven, results-oriented and comfortable working autonomously
• Willingness to travel across Queensland
